Shipped Dream Quizzz, Pocket Museum, Save Your Brain and Mysterious Restaurant on the Google Play Store in under 12 Months.
Oversaw a multidisciplinary team of 6 programmers, 1 game designer, and 2 artists, leading the review process and ensuring alignment with the production timeline.
Implemented a modular system called ”Pipeline” that consisted of several modules that facilitated rapid development of games with robust systems. The system included: battle pass, push notification control, achievements, quests/missions and more.
Guided development decisions using player engagement analytics and A/B test results.
